We are recruiting a Transfer Pricing Manager for a prestigious international advisory firm with a strong footprint in Belgium and worldwide.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Transfer Pricing professional ready to take ownership, work closely with clients, and actively shape a growing TP practice.

Role | Transfer Pricing Manager
- Lead transfer pricing engagements for international and mid-sized companies
- Advise clients on transfer pricing planning, structuring, and strategic positioning
- Develop and review transfer pricing models, policies, and documentation
- Manage benchmarking studies and complex TP analyses
- Handle Belgian and international TP audits, verifications, and ruling requests
- Act as a key contact for clients, translating complex TP matters into clear business advice
- Coach and mentor junior consultants while contributing to the growth of the TP practice
- Stay up to date with international TP regulations and proactively advise clients on upcoming changes
Profile | Transfer Pricing Manager
- Master’s degree in Tax, Economics, Law, Accountancy, or a related field
- 6 to 10 years of experience in transfer pricing within a consultancy or similar environment
- Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in French or Dutch
- Client-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility
- Team player with leadership potential and a high level of integrity
- Strong analytical skills and solid command of common IT tools
