Support Engineer - De Rol

  1. Provide first and second-level technical support to customers and internal teams, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
  2. Collaborate with development and product teams to identify, diagnose, and document bugs and improvement opportunities.
  3. Manage tickets and requests through ticketing systems, ensuring clear and timely updates to customers.
  4. Conduct in-depth problem analysis and propose preventive solutions to reduce recurring issues.
  5. Contribute to creating and updating technical documentation, guides, and FAQs to enhance customer self-service.

Support Engineer - Het Profiel

  • Diploma in Informatica, Engineering of gelijkwaardige ervaring in technische ondersteuning/software.
  • Kennis van besturingssystemen (Windows, Linux, macOS) en basisvaardigheden in netwerken.
  • Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden, oog voor detail en effectief kunnen prioriteren.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een teamgerichte, klantgerichte houding.
  • Eerdere ervaring in technische ondersteuning of helpdeskfuncties is een pluspunt.
