Your responsibilities
- Advise Belgian and international clients on corporate, individual and non-resident tax matters.
- Work on matters involving mergers and restructurings.
- Assist clients with estate planning, tax audits and tax litigation.
- Draft tax memoranda and advance ruling requests.
- Collaborate with other law firms, service providers and clients’ in-house teams.
- Consider both legal and economic perspectives when advising clients.
Ideal profile
- Master’s degree in Belgian law and a Master’s degree in tax law.
- 4–6 years of experience in Belgian tax law, mainly corporate taxation and direct/indirect taxes, gained in a law firm or Big Four.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- Enjoys teamwork, communication and building knowledge together.
