Your responsabilities
• Advise clients on IP, IT and data protection matters across various industries
• Assist companies with complex regulatory and contractual technology-related issues
• Work closely with clients to develop pragmatic legal strategies and solutions
• Contribute to the development of the IP/IT practice and client relationships
• Mentor and support junior associates in their professional development
• Handle complex Belgian and international files within a multidisciplinary team
Ideal profile
• Lawyer with 8–10 years of experience in IP/IT and data protection law within a Belgian business law firm
• Belgian law degree with strong academic results, ideally complemented by an LL.M.
• Native French or Dutch speaker with excellent English and a strong command of the other national language
