Your Responsibilities

Advise clients on a broad range of Corporate, M&A and investment matters.
Work on high-quality and complex transactions for a diverse client base.
Collaborate closely with experienced partners in a lean team structure.

Ideal Profile

You have 5 to 10 years of experience in Corporate / M&A, preferably within a reputable law firm.
You hold a Belgian Master of Laws and have a strong academic background.
You are fluent in French and English and have a good command of Dutch.
