Senior Accountant | Production | Namur

We are actively looking for a Senior Accountant for one of our clients, a production company based in Namur.

This leading European company specializes in the production of advanced materials and their industrial-scale dispersions. As pioneers in the field, they deliver innovative solutions that enhance performance across different key sectors.

As Senior Accountant, your function will be oriented towards general and analytical accounting as well as internal control.

Function:

Oversee daily accounting operations, manage annual accounts, audits, tax filings and VAT returns, and monthly/yearly closings
Execute financial transactions and maintain internal controls
Perform bank reconciliations
Support annual budgets, forecasts and reporting for projects
Maintain cost accounting and perform monthly cost analyses
Collaborate with the finance team to improve operational and financial performance

Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
At least 5 years of experience in general accounting
Fluent in French and professional level in English
You demonstrate excellent communication and analytical abilities
You are autonomous, organized and proactive
You have a structured approach to work and a collaborative mindset
