We’re Hiring: Security Engineer / Analyst

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and ready to make an impact in a global industrial leader? a Belgian-rooted company active in agricultur & industrial solutions, is looking for a Security Engineer/Analyst to join our Global ICT team.

The Role:

This hybrid role (~70% engineering, 30% analysis) combines hands-on cybersecurity implementation with monitoring, incident investigation, and advisory work across global ICT systems.

What You’ll Do:

Monitor systems, investigate incidents, and recommend remediation
Deploy, configure, and operate security tools
Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities
Collaborate with architects and ICT teams on security best practices
Lead/support security-related projects
Maintain documentation and operational continuity plans
Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies

Profile

Your Profile:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years in network/system administration with exposure to cybersecurity
Knowledge of firewalls, proxies, email security, Active Directory, Azure/M365, Windows/Linux, virtualization
Familiarity with SIEM, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, SASE
Scripting experience (PowerShell/Python)
Strong analytical skills and understanding of security frameworks (NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST)

Offer

Experience with Darktrace, TrendMicro, Fortinet, OT security, or multilingual skills (Dutch-English or French-English).
