An innovative and fast-growing wealth management company is looking for a Wealth Manager to support its commercial expansion and strengthen its presence among affluent private clients and entrepreneurs.
Your Role
As a Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients while contributing directly to the company's growth.
You will advise clients on investment strategies, support them in building long-term wealth, and help expand assets under management through business development initiatives and relationship building.
This role combines financial expertise, client advisory, and entrepreneurial sales skills within a dynamic and technology-driven environment.
Role
Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting
- Build relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and affluent individuals
- Conduct meetings with prospects and present tailored wealth management solutions
- Identify client needs and convert opportunities into long-term relationships
Investment Advisory
- Advise clients on investment strategies aligned with their financial goals, risk profile, and time horizon
- Recommend and explain portfolio allocations and wealth planning solutions
- Support clients in making informed financial decisions
Portfolio Management
- Open and onboard new client accounts
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend rebalancing when appropriate
- Ensure client portfolios remain aligned with their objectives and market conditions
Client Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and digital communication channels
Deliver a high-quality client experience focused on trust, transparency, and responsiveness
Profile
Education
- Master's degree in:
