Your responsabilities
• Assist on a wide range of intellectual property matters including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs
• Support IP litigation and enforcement proceedings before Belgian courts and, where relevant, EU courts
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and client advice
• Assist with IP portfolio management, licensing, and commercial agreements
• Monitor developments in Belgian, EU, and international intellectual property law
• Work alongside senior lawyers on complex and cross-border IP matters
Ideal profile
• 1–3 years of experience with a strong interest in intellectual property law
• Native Dutch or French speaker with an excellent command of English and a good knowledge of the other national language
• Belgian law degree with strong academic results, possibly complemented by experience or internships in IP law
