Your responsibilities
- Assisting in tax audits and administrative disputes with the Belgian tax authoritie
- Drafting procedural documents including protests, petitions, briefs and appeals
- Conducting in-depth research on Belgian and European tax law and case law
- Supporting preparation and attendance at court hearings and client meetings
- Collaborating on multi-disciplinary matters involving tax controversy issues
Ideal Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Tax Law or Tax Litigation
- Native Dutch speaker with strong command of French and English
- Belgian Master in Law with strong academic results and additional Tax qualification
