As part of its growth, the company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. This is a highly impactful position combining software engineering, customer engagement, solution architecture, and AI delivery.
You will work directly with customers, understand how their operations function in practice, and design AI-powered solutions that create measurable business value.
Forward Deployed Engineer | The Role
- Partner directly with customers to understand their workflows, operational challenges, and business objectives.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into practical technical solutions and production-ready systems.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents integrated with customer tools, data sources, and business processes.
- Lead projects from discovery and prototyping through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Measure real-world impact, analyze outcomes, and continuously optimize solutions based on data and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve platforms, tools, and implementation methodologies.
Forward Deployed Engineer | The Profile
- You have 5+ years of experience building software or solving complex technical challenges.
- You possess strong expertise in software architecture, system design, and production engineering.
- You have experience working with APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
- You enjoy working directly with customers and stakeholders, from operational teams to technical decision-makers.
- You have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and a genuine interest in the practical applications of Artificial Intelligence.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Customer Engineering, or other customer-facing technical roles.
- Experience building AI agents, workflow automation solutions, or conversational systems.
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation, observability, reliability, and production monitoring.
