Role
- Execute monthly accounting tasks, including processing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and conducting financial analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee and maintain specific accounting system subledgers, ensuring proper documentation and reporting, including inventory accounting.
- Assist in the development, documentation, and regular updates of financial processes and Desk Level Procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze current financial systems and workflows, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and improve overall effectiveness.
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required, leveraging your expertise to contribute to the team’s success and continuous improvement.
Profile
- You hold a Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
- You have a minimum of 3 year experience in accounting
- You are excellent in Excel and Power BI tools
- You are fluent in Dutch. A second language in French or English is a plus
- You can work in autonomy but also in a team
- You possess strong analytical skills and accuracy
