As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting development teams, providing technical expertise, and assisting other teams in their daily tasks. You will be a driving force for quality, deployment efficiency, and best practices, continuously improving processes and automating manual tasks. Your responsibilities will also include enhancing system architecture and optimizing deployment pipelines using technologies such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, GCP, and GitOps.
Role
- Support development teams by providing technical assistance and guidance.
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes and deployment strategies.
- Automate manual tasks to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Propose system architecture improvements and optimize deployment workflows.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions (Terraform).
- Deploy and manage applications across multiple environments using Git, Jenkins, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, and ArgoCD.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, and ArgoCD.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD implementation, monitoring, and support.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
- 3+ years of experience in automating application deployments across multiple environments.
- 3+ years of software development experience, preferably in Java.
- Fluent in French or Dutch, with strong technical English skills.
