Your responsibilities

Advise companies throughout their lifecycle, including incorporations, reorganisations, capital operations and dissolutions.
Draft and negotiate shareholders’ agreements and advise on corporate governance matters.
Assist with Belgian and cross-border M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions.
Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence and draft key transaction documents.
Advise clients on commercial agreements and day-to-day corporate and commercial matters.

Let's talk about you

You have 4 to 6 years of experience in Corporate Law and M&A.
You are admitted to the Belgian Bar or eligible for admission.
You are a native Dutch or French speaker with an excellent command of English.
You have strong legal, analytical and drafting skills.
You are pragmatic, entrepreneurial, client-oriented and able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
