Business Controller | Get closer to the business

We are currently looking for a Business Controller for one of our clients, active in the aerospace industry and located in Hainaut.

As Business Controller, the role offers a mix of operational and financial responsibilities, working closely with the finance team and the business. You will join a small, dynamic finance team led by the Head of Controlling, who is approachable, transparent and focused on finding solutions.

Function:

Support project and cost controlling, including monitoring profitability and margins
Contribute to financial and business reporting, budgeting and monthly performance follow-up
Collaborate with stakeholders and management to analyze results and provide insights
Assist in investment analysis and advise on operational or financial decisions
Drive improvements in processes and support business performance optimization

Profile:

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Management
At least 7 years of experience in Business Controlling
French-speaker and fluent in English
You are flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
You are proactive and quick to respond to challenges
You are resourceful and able to find solutions independently
