Your responsibilities

Drafting and negotiating IP, ICT, data and commercial agreements (licensing, co-development, e-commerce, partnerships)
Structuring and negotiating IP monetisation transactions
Supporting due diligence processes involving innovative tech companies
Advising on partnership and collaboration models
Managing projects and client relationships in a fast-paced setting

Ideal Profile

Belgian Master in Law with strong academic credentials
2–3 years of experience in IP, IT and commercial law
Strong interest in tech, innovation and data-driven transactions
Autonomous, proactive and team-oriented
