Your responsibilities

Advise clients on individual and collective employment law matters.
Assist on M&A transactions, restructurings and transformation projects.
Support compensation & benefits and international employment projects.
Build trusted relationships with clients across a wide range of industries.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic legal solutions.

Ideal Profile

You have 1 to 6 years of experience in Employment Law.
You hold a Belgian Master's degree in Law; a specialisation in Social Law is a strong asset.
You are fluent in French or Dutch, with a strong command of English.
You are analytical, client-oriented and an excellent communicator.
You have an interest in AI and emerging technologies and their impact on Employment Law.
