Your responsibilities

Representing clients in insolvency and restructuring litigation
Advising on enforcement and defence of creditors’ claims
Assisting directors, shareholders and investors in distressed situations
Drafting procedural documents and developing litigation strategies
Working closely with clients on complex and high-value disputes

Ideal Profile

1 - 3 years of experience in Dispute Resolution, ideally in insolvency matters
Belgian Master in Law with strong academic results
Fluent in Dutch or French and English, with professional proficiency in both national languages
