Your responsibilities

  • Advise Belgian and international clients on acquisitions, investments and strategic corporate transactions.
  • Participate in legal due diligence exercises and transaction structuring processes.
  • Draft, review and negotiate transactional documentation, including share purchase agreements and ancillary documents.
  • Support clients throughout all phases of a transaction, including post-acquisition integration matters.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive business-oriented solutions.


Ideal profile

  • Belgian Master of Law; an additional degree relevant to Corporate / M&A is considered an asset.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in Corporate / M&A, including exposure to share deals, asset deals, corporate reorganisations and private equity transactions.
  • Fluent in English and French, with strong drafting, communication and analytical skills.
