Your responsibilities

Advise Belgian and international clients on a broad range of corporate law matters.
Assist with mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and restructuring projects.
Handle business law disputes and related litigation matters.
Draft, review and negotiate a variety of legal documents and transaction-related agreements.
Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex and high-value matters.
Contribute to client relationship management and the further development of the practice.
Deliver pragmatic and commercially minded legal advice tailored to clients' needs.

Ideal profile

Qualified lawyer with approximately 4 to 6 years of experience gained within a recognised law firm.
Strong expertise in Corporate Law, M&A, restructuring and commercial litigation.
Fluent in French and English with a good command of Dutch, including the ability to work with legal documentation, case law and legal doctrine in Dutch.
