Your responsibilities

Assist clients on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and other strategic corporate transactions.
Advise companies on governance, compliance and corporate decision-making matters.
Draft and negotiate corporate documentation, shareholder agreements and commercial contracts.
Participate in negotiations and support clients throughout transactional processes.
Deliver practical and business-oriented legal advice to Belgian and international clients.
Develop strong client relationships through regular interaction and hands-on involvement in matters.

Ideal profile

Belgian Master of Law, an additional LL.M. or specialised Master's degree is considered an asset.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Law and transactional matters.
Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
